Private groups at The Windmill

Thank You for considering The Windmill Restaurant for your special occasion. Whether you are planning a corporate meeting, rehearsal dinner, sales presentation or family outing, The Windmill can plan a menu just for you. The following policies will help us insure that your function is both a success and a special event that your guests will remember forever.

Room Capacity
Our special event rooms can seat from 6 to 50 people.

Reservation Times
Our rooms are available during the following times. There may be time length restrictions assigned to each room rental based upon day of week and/or time of year: Rooms Available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.     Lunch available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Dinner available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, until 10:00 p.m. on weekends.

Minimum Purchase & Gratuity
A minimum food and beverage purchase may be required. All functions are subject to an automatic 18% gratuity charge based upon total sales.

Confirmation and Event Deposit
In order to hold the room for your group, we must receive a reservation deposit of $100 and a signed contract to hold the date. The Windmill cancellation policy for your reserved special events room is 7 days from the function date. Deposits will be forfeited for any cancellation received within the remaining 7 days.

You must speak with a Windmill Restaurant manager to create or make any changes to an events room contract. Leaving a message with service staff does not constitute a legal change to the contract.

Payment
Be sure that all information provided by you clearly and accurately identifies the party who is responsible for payment. The Windmill accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal and corporate checks. We do not accept two-party checks. Full payment is required immediately following your function.

Entree Selection
For parties of 15 people or less, you may order off our special events menu or order directly from the regular restaurant menu.

Groups of 16 people or more may choose up to four entrée selections from our special events menus for your group.

Appetizers for your group must also be arranged prior to your event. Upon request, you will be forwarded an appetizer menu with pricing and menu options.

Pricing
Published/printed menus are subject to change without notice.

Guarantee 
You must provide The Windmill with the number of guests you expect to attend your function 10 days before the event date. This number becomes your guarantee. The Windmill will set the room, provide food, beverages and service as required. Subject to The Windmills’ approval, it may be possible to increase the guaranteed number just before the reserved date, depending upon seating capacity, menus chosen and service levels. The final charges will be based upon the actual attendance or the number guaranteed, whichever is higher. Should your number of guaranteed attendees not be met, The Windmill will charge the event the following for each person not in attendance: Lunch - $ 15 per person Dinner - $ 30 per person

Alcohol Beverages
The Windmill will not under any circumstances serve alcohol to individuals under 21 years of age. The Windmill expects you as the party organizer to assist us in enforcement of state liquor laws. We will refuse service to anyone that appears to be intoxicated and/or acting in an irresponsible manner.
